The Exchange & Return policy of AASHIQUI is formulated keeping the customer in mind and is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. for any Returns/Exchanges please get in touch within 2 days of Receiving the product.

NO Exchanges & Returns are accepted on items purchased during a SALE or from the SALE section on the Website.

If you require an exchange or return ,please contact AASHIQUI with in 2 Days of receiving the product. You may get in touch with us over email on customercare@aashiquishoes.com , specifying the reason or call us on 8828327091.

Our Customer Care team will get in touch within the next 24 hours with the exchange or return process.

FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGES:- The product will have to be shipped back to our AASHIQUI outlet by the customer & charges for the same will have to be borne by the customer. Once We receive the product, after a quick Quality check, We will dispatch your exchanged size with in 24 Hours. Products purchased on a discount or ‘SALE’ cannot be exchanged. To ensure a perfect fit, We request you to check your size against our Shoe size Chart.

FOR PRODUCT RETURNS :- The entire order amount will be returned to you (minus Shipping Charges) via’ STORE CREDIT’ from AASHIQUI in the form of a voucher via email. you may use this voucher for future purchases with AASHIQUI. Please Note:- Customer has to return the product by self shipment, that shipment charges will be borne by customer. Once the shoes are received at the AASHIQUI outlet a quality check will be conducted on the shoes, post which the credit will be released. This store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year for all AASHIQUI collection.

Conditions for returns and exchange

UNUSED ITEM :- The Shoe must be sent over in the original condition it was received in along with any accompanying accessories , shoe bags or vouchers (if any ) and the original invoice.

SIZE EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED:- products with size issues or other fit issues can be exchanged for another size of the same product. If a size is Unavailable, you may choose another product from our collection in your size, but it should be equivalent or more than your exchange product amount.

NOTIFICATION WITHIN 2 DAYS:- In case you wish to return or exchange the product for any reason, AASHIQUI should be notified by an email at customercare@aashiquishoes.com or phone on 8828327091 within 2 days of receipt. Please attach a photograph of the product.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in that case.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self –shipped returns ,Please use a reliable courier service.
